All purchases made at Nuevane.com will be gift wrapped in our signature packaging.

Every item is protected by a cover bag or by branded tissue paper and put into our signature rich Navy NUEVANE box, with a personalised note

Larger bags, such as Totes are delicately wrapped and packaged in a special box to maintain their shape. Each item comes with a cover

For gifts, you may add a personalised message to the recipient before finishing your order, in the Notes section

Care Guide

To preserve the qualities of your NUEVANE item, it is recommended to keep it away from direct exposure to light and heat, store it inside its box, and avoid over-filling to maintain its original shape.

Minimize contact with water, oils, perfumes, or cosmetics to prevent damage. In case of wetness, use a soft cloth to gently dab away excess moisture and allow the item to air-dry at room temperature.

For leather and suede handbags, natural variations in tone, marks, or grains are inherent features and should not be considered flaws. Similarly, imperfections in fabric and canvas products are part of their natural characteristics and should be embraced.
